Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Scaleport Nova. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Scaleport Nova's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Important: If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Scaleport Nova provides marketing, branding, and creative services including but not limited to:

  • Strategic marketing campaigns
  • Content creation and video production
  • Social media management
  • Brand development and positioning
  • Digital advertising management
  • Analytics and performance reporting

3. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your business
  • Make timely payments as agreed in our service packages
  • Provide necessary access to social media accounts and platforms when required
  • Respond to communication requests in a timely manner
  • Provide feedback and approvals within agreed timelines

4. Payment Terms

All services are billed according to the selected package or custom agreement:

  • Payments are due upon invoice receipt unless otherwise arranged
  • Late payments may result in service suspension
  • Refund policies are specific to each service package
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

5. Intellectual Property

Scaleport Nova retains ownership of all proprietary tools, methodologies, and pre-existing intellectual property used in delivering services.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables created specifically for their project, excluding Scaleport Nova's proprietary frameworks and tools.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information received from the other party:

  • Business strategies and marketing plans
  • Financial information
  • Customer data and analytics
  • Any information marked as confidential

7. Limitation of Liability

Scaleport Nova's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for services rendered in the six months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

  • Client pays for all services rendered up to termination date
  • Scaleport Nova delivers all completed work to date
  • Both parties return or destroy confidential information

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.

10. Changes to Terms

Scaleport Nova reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes via email or through our website.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
